01Scope
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies.
02Information and purposes
The current Platform processes identifiers and contact information; professional and organization information; investor preferences and self-reported status; requests and communications; and account, security, and limited page activity. Sources include you, your use of the Platform, and authorized review records. Purposes include providing the service, reviewing requests, security, recordkeeping, and service improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy. This version does not collect biometric data or banking documents through an investment checkout.
03Disclosure, sale, and sharing
We disclose information to service providers and in the circumstances described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for advertising. Alphaneo does not currently read Global Privacy Control signals.
04Your rights
Where applicable, you may request to know and access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information subject to legal exceptions, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
05Requests and authorized agents
Contact privacy@alphaneo.ai. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority using information proportionate to the request. Do not send sensitive documents unless we arrange a suitable verification channel. We generally respond to verifiable requests within 45 days and explain any permitted extension. If an exception applies, we explain the reason.
06Retention and contact
Retention depends on the service purpose, record, and applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. California residents may also ask about disclosures for direct marketing under California Civil Code section 1798.83.
