01Who we are

Alphaneo LLC is the controller of information collected through this Platform. Contact privacy@alphaneo.ai for privacy questions or requests. This policy explains the current research, mandate, and account experience. External investment administrators provide separate notices for their services.

02Information you provide

We collect account and contact details, organization and role, investor profile and self-reported eligibility information, mandates and investment preferences, expressions of interest, access requests, and correspondence. Operators record review decisions and access permissions. Provide only information relevant to your request; do not send government identity documents, bank details, or verification documents through general notes fields. This Platform does not currently provide biometric verification, payment collection, or SMS enrollment.

Founders, officers and fund managers may upload documents to the Platform. Only the Alphaneo desk (the Alphaneo operators who review research, evidence and requests) can see an uploaded document. Your mandate and any interest you record in a company are seen only by the Alphaneo desk and are never shown to a company, a fund manager or any other user, in aggregate or by name. Contact details, such as your email address, are visible to the Alphaneo desk only. Alphaneo does not collect a phone number today.

03Usage and account activity

We record activity needed to operate and secure accounts, process requests, and maintain an audit history. Company pages also count page views in aggregate only: one number per company per day, with no page path, event identifier, or time stored. To limit duplicate activity, the server keeps a short-lived, salted hash of a network address in memory only, for a few minutes, and never writes it to storage; the page-view count does not store the raw address, account identity, search text, or a persistent visitor identifier, and no visitor identity is stored with it. Hosting and security services may separately process network and device information in their operational logs. To limit automated abuse of public pages, the server also keeps an opaque, keyed hash of a network address with a request counter for at most two days; it is not stored with the page-view count, an account or a name. Alphaneo does not currently read Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

04How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and research, understand mandates, respond to requests, review eligibility and admission, manage record-specific disclosure, maintain security and decision history, and improve the Platform. A mandate is an expression of preferences, not a commitment to invest. Access decisions require review; research activity does not automatically grant investment access.

05Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and operational communications. Authorized operators can review submissions and account records needed for their work. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Any transaction-related sharing is subject to the relevant process and notices. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06Security and retention

We use access controls and other technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for the purposes described here, including account administration, audit history, resolving disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and context. You can request deletion or information about retention by contacting us; we will explain any applicable reason for retaining records.

07Your choices and rights

You can update available profile information in account settings and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable law may permit or require retention of some records. Regional rights are described in the GDPR notice and CCPA notice. 08International processing

Alphaneo is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Applicable data protection laws and safeguards govern international transfers. Contact privacy@alphaneo.ai for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

09Children and policy changes

The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. 10Optional audience measurement

Where enabled, Google Analytics measures page views on the marketing website only: the page address without its query string, and the page title. Private content and form answers are excluded from these events, and analytics is not loaded on the application, sign-in, your account or the desk. Google processes technical information needed to provide measurement. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom see a consent banner before analytics loads, and it does not load until they accept; everyone can change the choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
