01Scope and controller

02Legal bases
Depending on the processing, we rely on performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement where your rights do not override them, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing before withdrawal. This Platform does not currently collect biometric verification data.
03Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. You have rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Eligibility, admission, and individual access decisions on this Platform require human review.
04Making a request
Email privacy@alphaneo.ai and describe the request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. We generally respond within one month; where an extension is permitted for complex or numerous requests, we will explain it within that period. Exercising your rights does not ordinarily require a fee.
05Retention and transfers
The purposes, retention approach, and international processing described in the Privacy Policy apply. Contact us for the retention criteria and transfer safeguards relevant to your records. We will explain any legal exception that limits a request.
06Complaints
